I have been called different names – Constancia (my christened name), Cons, Connie or Nancy! Nancy is a nickname given by my late father so I chose to keep it. He said then that I was chubby and looked like the comic character “Nancy”. Although I am not slim, I don’t think I’m chubby either but my father would surely love that you call me Nancy!
Since my parents were entrepreneurs in their own rights, I have come to inhale the benefits of owning a small business through hard work. Having my own real estate business, I work hard to be Your Family Realtor for Life. I am a Filipino-American and have lived in the Tri-city (Newark, Union City, Fremont)/Hayward area since 1987. In 1988, with my business and marketing background, I ventured in the real estate sales as Manny and I raised our two children in Newark. In 2002, we moved to Hayward, where Theresa and TJ finished their high school education. This area has become my home for almost 20 years and everyone becomes familiar faces when we meet in shops, groceries, schools, Churches and in other functions. I speak Tagalog, Kapampangan and of course, English.
My familiarity with the area and local residents has been a big help in my real estate career.
